We are a locally owned business with over 22 years of experience caring for clients in their homes. We care greatly about our geriatric community and providing them with excellent care is my ongoing goal and privilege. We at StarrCare In-Home Services believe that maintaining dignity and a sense of independence is essential to our mental well being. Living out your life to the fullest in your own home can be so vital to ones quality of life!We know that no two homes are the same, be it a single family residence, apartment or assisted living, we can accommodate your needs. At StarrCare whatever your living situation, we provide professional, compassionate, personalized care to you and your loved ones. We strive to maintain dignity, respect and independence in a safe environment. Our goal is to enable our clients to have the best quality of life possible in their home environment.
About Our Team
We carefully choose the caregivers that are part of our StarrCare Team. We work hard to match personalities to best suit your needs. All of our caregivers must have a caring demeanor and follow our company's mission statement to provide personalized, professional, compassionate care while maintaining dignity and respect in a safe environment. All of our caregivers are certified and have the following.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Current fingerprint clearance card
- Current CPR and First Aide
- Current Arizona Driver's License
- Proof of Car insurance/Clean driving records
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Required to pass a national background check
They receive skills testing by our Nurse prior to be placed in a home and ongoing in-home supervisory visits for ongoing support for our clients and staff.
If there is a change in a client's status, caregivers notify us immediately. We have a Nurse on call 24/7 for support of our client's and staff.
