Caregiver Requirements: (contact us for application)

Be certified in all 3 levels of care.
At least 2 years of experience.
Current fingerprint clearance card
Have a negative TB test
CPR and First Aide
Arizona Driver's License
Car insurance/Driving records will be checked (39 mo driving record)
Candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and annual testing
Candidates are required to pass a national background check
Must be eligible to work in the US

Case Aide Requirements: (contact us for application)

At least 1 year of experience working with children (Group Home, Shelter Care, Behaviorial Health Home) or related field.

Current fingerprint clearance card

Have a negative TB test

CPR (including infant/child) and First Aid

Arizona Driver's License and reliable vehicle

Car insurance/Driving records will be checked (39 mo driving record)

Candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and annual testing

Candidates are required to pass a Central Registry background check

Must be eligible to work in the US

Must be have a working computer and be proficient in MS Office 365 computer and Adobe Reader.
